Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada (DFATD) is pleased to announce that the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in the United Kingdom has launched the competition for awards available to Canadians for graduate study at the PhD level in the United Kingdom (UK). These awards are funded by the United Kingdom Department for Business, Innovation and Skills in conjunction with UK universities.

Organized by the International Business School Brasil, in partnership with UNIP (Universidade Paulista), the program Strategy & Marketing for Emerging Countries is an opportunity for students from all over the world to attend a 2 or 3-week certificate program, an immersion in the emerging countries context. IBS-Brasil is a school focused on coordinating and promoting educational programs in partnership with several Universities worldwide.
From July 12 -21 over 850 students from around the world will come together in Beijing, China for the 2014 Beijing International Student Summer Camp. 45 BC High School Students are attending the camp as representatives of Canada and will make up the largest cohort from any country in attendance! The students will learn about Chinese culture and visit historical sites in and around Beijing while meeting peers from 24 different countries.
BCCIE is working in partnership with the Taiwanese Youth Development Administration in Taiwan’s Ministry Of Education to send up to seven (7) BC post-secondary students to attend the Seminar on Youth Public Participation and International Humanitarianism in the Age of Globalization in Taipei from October 17th-23rd, 2014
