This short-term summer program is co-delivered by TRU Faculty of Tourism and Okanagan College (OC).

OC Course Code: 3 OC credits (NOTE: Letter of Permission and tuition paid to OC)
Trip and course details:
- Week 1 May 6th - visit Penticton Sensory Lab
- Week 2 May 13th - visit TRU for Preparatory site visits along with Pre-Departure and Intercultural training,
- Week 3 and 4 - May 19th to June 2, 2019 approximately - Trip dates
- Week 5 and 6 - June 3 to June 14th - online program requirement
What is included:
- Accommodation along with most meals (not all meals will be provided and/or included)
- Cooking class
- Wine tasting
- Organic garden and farm site visit
- 2 site visits including Olive grove, vineyard and picking, site visits
- Guest Lectures
- Transportation to specific site locations
What is not included:
- Flight cost
- transportation to and from the townsite based on arrival
